By accessing and using the services provided by Relent Software Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Relent Software Technologies provides IT services including, but not limited to, software development, web designing, mobile app development, SEO, and digital marketing. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate service agreements or proposals.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your account.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific contract, all software code, designs, graphics, and content created by Relent Software Technologies remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client is granted the rights specified in the project agreement.
Payment terms, including deposit requirements and milestone payments, will be specified in the project proposal. Late payments may result in the suspension of services or additional charges as outlined in the service agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of the project, including business strategies, technical specifications, and proprietary data.
Relent Software Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kannur, Kerala.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
